Black glazed ceramic bowl with oil drops. Also known as Tenmoku bowls, or Jian Zhan (“bowl of Jianyang kilns”).
Large Jian Zhan is rare. After extended search, we have found this large Jian Zhan that is suitable for modern applications and at the same time maintains the elegance of traditional Jian Zhan. You could use this Jian Zhan for matcha, for example.
Due to the transmutation in the kiln, each Jian Zhan looks different, hence each Jian Zhan is unique.
